A Completed Heart

A Completed Heart

A Poem by The Cracken
"

This piece of literature entales being reunited with the one I hold dearest.

"

You were my first love,

my first true kiss.

The first I gave my heart to and the only one I've ever truly missed.

Our bond is stronger then any other,

only God knows the immense impact we had on one another.

I was never a believer in

"true love",

or the phrase

"meant to be."

But everyday that I hear your voice tell me "I love you",

the pain that once clouded my heart fades

and our future together becomes clearer to see.

I would wait an eternity for you baby girl,

and if you hadn't come around by then knowing your happy

would be enough for me.

My soul has called out for you since our seperation.

I knew that I could never replicate what we had,

so I averted all other possible relations.

It was you all along...

I've never wanted anyone else.

I love you with every morsal of my being

and Im hoping this poem lets you know that

its with you, baby girl

thus is where my heart has always belonged.
