Cold air
Her warm breath
I hurry not

Next to a tree, under a moonless night the chilly air bothers me not as she warms my lips

Haiku is a genre of Japanese poetry consisting on 5,7,5 syllable poems, this translates to short line, long line, short line in English, I hope you enjoy it.

Actually, what it translates to in English is 5-7-5 syllables. The Japanese form is written in 17 'moras' (or 'on'). So when written in English it should be 5-7-5.
