I'm SorryA Poem by dillonjensenIt's all my fault. You were the victim in my sick, twisted game.
Caught in the web that I did weave. This game was all but fair, I rigged it in my favor. Oddly enough when I gave you something unsolicited, I also took something due to perversion. I stole something you had every right in the world to, And that changed the game forever. It changed how you felt about me. It changed how you perceived me. But what it changed the most was how you saw, Even the most morally sound of people, Fall culprit to impulsive behavior. I, and I alone made a decision. A decision that will taint how you see me forever. I'm sorry for what I stole. Oh how I long to return it. Unfortunately time is a tyrant for us all, And I must wait for the next move. © 2016 dillonjensenAuthor's Note
