There's a special beauty in a flock of birds. No general sense of direction, only a single bird breaks free and for the moment, they all begin to shift direction. Flowing as a completely cohesive unit that has no boundaries.

Such a dear tribute, I once had a boss, as bright, as you describe yours... "for me she will always lives further in me" wherever I work, for she had learned me so so much... I find it unique you write to your boss, you won't see it that much, and it's very good you did. Such a beautiful short write, I think he/she will be happy to read it. :)

It is somewhat ironic writing about your boss isn't it? Ironic in the fact most people hate their bosses for a reason unknown. She was more than a boss to me. She taught me just how beautiful people can really be on the inside, and I am forever indebted because she afforded me the opportunity to see it first-hand.

Yes, it is indeed somewhat ironic, most people do, but it really can be different, I believe in a right boss cos of her. She made me believe in myself, and did help me, to get the best out of me... I'm so glad you've experienced this too. I'm glad you wrote this my friend, I should do her one too one day... :)
