A poem for those afraid of the dark.

Did you find it?

(the laughter in the dark.)

Did you catch it?

(It flew away like a spark.)

Oh mister monster

play with me

I'm a child

I am but a daisy.

Oh little girl

did you see the laughter

in the dark?

Oh mister monster

Dear little daisy

go for a walk in the park

Think of it no more

Quite interesting... This reminds me of when I was younger and hated to sleep in the dark...as a matter of fact, I still don't love it. I usually fall asleep with the TV on, just for the light, and allow the sleep timer to turn it off...LOL I like the experimental way that this was written...a smooth flow, a nice feel.

I'm scared of the dark :$ and it's weird because just last night i had the creepiest nightmare of possibly my entire life and i had to sleep with the light on, and this poem remided me of that.

I like this.
It is very fluttery... the poem never stopping for very long to give the reader a chance to ponder it, and then it is over.
