who says there's got to be a reason
or answer
for this
Sometimes things are, simply because they are. Finding or crafting an answer would not make it any less so. Good or bad, we just have to accept and move on.
After reading the poem and applying love to its meaning it fit. You may have had something else in mind but I guess you could apply many meanings to it. I like it. Good one Pat.

Thanks Tim. You are right, but love does fit...so go with it!
This piece is open to many question and answers the big thing here is acceptance and coming to life’s terms. It has left me to ponder my own existence.
Nice work.

Thanks brother, I haven't written much lately. I appreciate it!
I like this, it is simply written but the meaning is very powerful in this. It reminds me of fire, but water at the same time. I like that its easy to read because you made it short, but there was a point to reading it.
Ah, the mysteries of life, condensed in a stream of wisdom and few words. Again, I love short (or flash, if you will) prose that expertly conveys a philosophy/thought/emotion.
And I agree, what was once, remains and the world simply keeps turning. Puts things concisely into perspective.
