Snowy DestinyA Poem by The Analog KidInspired by a TSO Christmas song.
He boarded that train
headed down that line and he wished in vain too many times all the while that longing has grown it's all the same still no signals along these tracks again he rides alone this Christmas Eve and while the time has flown those empty spaces with just him and himself the lights of the station he sees and then the train slows down as it enters this town yes there's snow falling all around with the softest sound on the ground and the evergreen trees the eyes of a woman he sees and his heart skips a beat her love he's finally found hand in hand and with snow covered feet two sets of prints off they go into the deep unknown
