21 BirthdayA Poem by diaphanousAs we'd planned the day before, I went to my boyfriend's house to celebrate his birthday. Not only was he not there, he wasn't answering his phone, and his grandma scolded me. Now I'm pissed.
No more trying
to do things for you it's just left me crying unsure of what to do. Sleepless nights spent planning for the big day up ahead. And when it finally arrives you're found playing dead. Too much fun the night before? Did you forget about me? When I brought coffee to your door, your grandma scolded me. Deeply embarrassed and ashamed, I wanted to kick your fat stupid head till you apologized to me. But you're still unconscious and you still forgot about me.
