ReflectionA Poem by Emily
I am not alone
Yet I am, inside I wish I could slide into my mind With only my twisted thoughts To keep me company I'm so busy It's too much And I can't take a break I have a family A mother who never understands And a father who swings Nobody knows And nobody can How can you know How someone's life is falling apart Until it's in 10 million little pieces My friends ask what I'm doing Nothing Because it's the nothing I want to become © 2012 EmilyReviews
