Beloved

Beloved

A Poem by Emily

You're on my mind like the walls of my skull
Your name is white noise behind my every thought
I hear you in my conscience, my motivation, my love
I hear a familiar whistle and I doggedly run to you.

I am devoted to you.
I am devoted in the ugliest way.
