Crumble, Tumble

Crumble, Tumble

A Poem by Emily

Where do you go
When you're too weak to stand
But too stubborn to fall?
I'm squirming under the pressure.
Cracking

I drag my feet to feel something
I may see the world as half-full
But I'm half-empty

Crumble, tumble
Wash away
These tears, they will not fall
But they wear away my insides
Making me spiral

So I'll hold you near
And whatever guides me through the day
Until I find somewhere to stuff it forever
Or someone to love it out of me
The incredible journey, the impossible man
