I ache to have you

I ache to have you

A Poem by Tessah

I ache to have you forever, my love

in silences I know, and dearly miss.

to hear you gently exhale, your lungs move,

your movements - nothing corresponds to this.

like a lover returning from the war,

you cradle me, enclosed within your arms,

and our love grows, more precious than before,

lying in your long veils, my heart is warm

the arcs in your hands, the strength of your spine,

the hue of your cheeks, your eyes are the sea,

I'm yours, and you are eternally mine,

I'll remain beside you if you'd have me.

Guess that is dedication.

Whatever it is , hang on to it.
You probably won`t get those
feelings very often and it is pretty '
certain that once the mystery is gone
the feelings follow.

That was something he said. "My feelings are so strong. Like a lover returning from the war."
I love him so.

Such a profound love described in this poem.
I especially liked to referance to a long lost lover returning from a war.
I just can't help but wonder if feelings like this really do exist ;).
