I’m a wanderer

Flitting from

Here to there

I have

A gypsy soul

Can’t hold me down

I want you

But I can’t stay

Blame it

On my gypsy soul

It runs in my blood

Uncontrollable

See me today

I’m gone tomorrow

I’m trying to change

But it courses

Through my veins

It’s my

Gypsy soul

Twinkle in my eye

It keeps you

Captivated

jingling when

I walk

Blame it

On my

Gypsy soul

Though I cannot stay

i want to bring you along

yet my soul denies it

Someday

I’ll put away my

Gypsy soul
