Landing on the floor

Shoved under the bed

Remembered no more  

 

Collecting dust

All alone

With no memories to share

Permanent smile

 

And beaded eyes

Suspenders frayed and worn

Forgetting the childhood memories

That I shared

 

With my one and only teddy bear
