Starlight

Silent tears that never left the eyes

Deep inside lie the unheard sighs

The flute stops playing

The wind stops blowing

 

There were times when you were nigh

Now you are a star across the sky

The feeling of pain inside

The bleeding heart stops the world

 

Your presence will always be around

Right from the sky to the ground

To forget you, I don't think one can ever

You will be missed...........forever and ever and ever.

Oh, have you lost someone dear to you? I have had to deal with so many losses that sometimes I feel as if I am forever to live in a well of sorrows, but life goes on and I deal with each one the best way that I can. My poem, "I AM" is somewhat of a biographical piece and tells of many of such losses. Each one that becomes a star in Heaven is forever a light to shine for us!
