Ridiculous

Ridiculous

A Poem by Jessica Elaine Stevens [Faiteach]
"

A woman's irrationality.

"
ridiculous you're being ridiculous assuming things that are so painful to us crazy woman with crazy pills little blue sanity pills they say to calm you down because you're being so ridiculous but it all feels so meticulous so well put together the way you tried to get her i hear voices (which is ridiculous) come from your black box your pandemonium box your talking box talking infidelus infinitem ridiculous bound in metal round my finger says the pledge i am ridiculous but why whisper such sweet nothings to pandora when you think me sweetly sleeping why softly speaking brutus do your words cut mincemeat of the heart i let you keep if i am being so
ridiculous?

Bravo. I can hear this one. I instinctively feel that this one begs to be spoken.

this is really great. whimsical (simply because of the word itself) but has a pretty deep undertone. love this poem, new library addition!! thank you!

I found this strangely entertaining, the repetition of the word ridiculous was amazing somehow!
