Surprises

This overwhelming feeling of despair just rips me apart.

I try to rewrite my life, but i dont know where to start.

 

Its been so long, i cant even remember.

It all started that one dreadful day in December.

 

The day when i recieved that call.

The call that would destroy us all.

 

It was the day that you had to say goodbye.

All i could do was sit and watch us cry.

 

No matter what I did, nothing would have changed.

My whole life, gone.. Completely rearranged.

 

Now im just a girl, empty as could be.

If only things could go back.. I could be the real me.
