Hope

Hope

A Poem by destiny renteria

Poetry
Hope
Feeling like drowning, feeling stuck
Feeling closed
Feeling doubtful
Waiting to release into something greater
Waiting to forget the past, wanting to feel another feeling that isn't part of losing control
Not wanting to hide from society, waiting to show and demand what is yours.
Being in the spotlight can be odd
But feeling the need to fit in, to hide the power you hold, can be devoted or enduring.
The hidden passion and inspiration
To show society there is hope in this world.
Like God says in Solomon 4:7: "You are altogether beautiful, my love; there is no flaw in you." Quote from the Bible, the truth.
Hope is beauty; it's everywhere if you define to look around you.
