When will I see my best friend again?

Is months secounds is years hours or  minutes 

days passing by our days went fast 

 places changing our memories passing is our new memories arriving. 

Is our presence coming near

is our time up

will our laughter come back 

will our conversation come back

will our cherried happy thoughts come back

will our hugs come back 

will our adventures come back will our trust come back

will our walks of day and night come back

when will we ever come back to each other to talk

when will that day come maybe next year or this year or summer 

or unexcpected or near when will we ever see eachother our lost friendship to 

coming near when we made up when

will we ever see eachother again.

This is a very heartfelt and poignant piece of poetry. The hardest part of friendship is sustaining it. At times it is unbreakable and at others like glass and fragile. Throughout life we are impacted by people that touch us in profound ways and change us internally. But love is so fragile and at times too strong. It is dichotomous in nature. Your poem resonates with me because years ago I lost the greatest friendship over something so petty and dumb. Thank you for sharing your poem with us.
