Between The Lines

Between The Lines

A Poem by Decere Tiozon
"

My mind as I draw

"

Everything disappears as I start

Cascades and landscapes form and part

Pencils and papers reveal infinite worlds

I express myself with no need for words

Between the lines

Stories unfold

Emotions swirl

Focus sharpens

An ungovernable obsession with perfection

Take over my pride

I can’t let everything slide

Everything must be in their proper position

Between the lines

I’m in control

I’m powerful

I’m the dictator

I’m the artist

This is incredibly powerful. It is descriptive and there is so much truth. Only question- what do you mean by "focus sharpen?" Anyways, fantastic piece!
