If 9/11 deserves a moment of silence, Palestine deserves us never to speak again!

The sky explodes

The land trembles

The peace burnt out

Into ashy scrambles

Children cry out

For shadows and ghosts

The only come back

Is a litany of shots

Rivers of grace once flowed

In this crumbled land

Before masked monsters

Drenched them with blood

Tanks spill fire

Bombs explode

Guns spit death

Land breaths smoke

It screams and calls

For brother and sister

But all they do

Is watch false media

Maybe a 'Like' or two

On a picture of whose

Blood bathed their ground

Like that'd help their heart pound

And the media dances

Around lies and deception

Forged of err and gain

Wielding the veil of illusion

Oh the day I fear

Our sudden realization

Just to wake up and find

Our Palestine forever taken

Rivers of peace once flowed

In this desolated land

Before masked monsters

Brimmed them with bombs.
