1. Science is purely based on moral principles. Science will function only in event the process is regarded as both good, and highly moral.

2. Science and technology cannot go to individuals of merely average intelligence. It is only intended for those of at least gifted intelligences, or higher. Someone is required to have at least a SAT 1300+, a total cumulative average GPA of at least 88 or higher, or, at least two years of college, for science or technology to function.

There are not merely rulings. They are commandments.

That is,

May all thieves go blind.

May all bullies and rapists and imposters go blind, as well.

Only those that are pure of heart will be forgiven.

This sounds like a message from an alternative reality. From some dystopian society of fundamentalist who have twisted a neutral subject like science to suit their own ends. It is quite chilling! The final threats take us to the world of ISIS.
