Silent SkyA Poem by Brandon Strickland EricksonA little lyrical work.
The sky stood silent on that day,
the snow a brilliant white. The sun fell down onto it's knees, and turned noon into night. The winds forgave their cruel rage, and spared their awful might. And all the stars whispered her name when she came into sight. As for me, I let her be, and closed my eyes shut tight.
