Random MuseA Poem by Deniserandomness that started to take shape
Mirrors painted black to hide the truth
Wipe clean the smear and fan the fog Though the surface is smooth, flawless Behind the beauty, spider web cracks mar perfection Itching to claw away what is seen to Release the shadows waiting to shatter it all. Mirror mirror on the wall… Step into my world and hear my call Shatter the glass with your eyes Pierce the heart with the lifeless pieces Close the eyes and wander deep Deep into oblivion and fear no return Travel the paths of nerve endings Firing information with random sparks Sending codes to the heart Leading you away Away from solid ground Reality drifts in and out of focus Swept away on pillowy cushioned paths Stress, stress, stress And more stress Gone. Focus on the winds of One. Two, three… Four. Breathe. Open eyes to personal peace Senses in tune to the Beating of the heart. Black, red and gray has disappeared Replaced by no color. Every color. Light. Shining down showing you the doorway Doorway to the truth. Happiness. It was always there and always will be there. Stop. Breathe, You shall find it. © 2011 DeniseAuthor's Note
