My best friend moved so I wrote this about the situation

You've just started to be my friend

And now youre leaving me in the end

How can someone so close be going so far

That it takes hours just by car

Can't seem to forget anymore

Watching you close that taxi door

You have left to go miles apart

And now I'm left with a broken heart

Its causing me to lose my way

Tears run down my face on your last day

When we said goodbye
