'A mother among mothers'

Many people describe their mums in diverse ways..well, i describe this woman i met as 'a mother among mothers'..why??..read it..!!

She cares with such a great care of courage

She walks miles just to make sure am not murdered

She stays awake so that I keep asleep

She suffers cold so that I will be warm

She goes famished so that am not malnourished

She says to me ‘son I go through this pain for your gain

                 

Mum never cares to seize breathing for my living

Mum will fill the barrel many times with water

So that I bath and drink in laughter

Mum will go naked so that I will be clothed

Jailed for me to be freed

 

What a mother among mothers!!

A mother who has mothered many mighty men without mothers

A mother whose love feathers embraces with pleasure

A mother with meekness and composure

 

She is a woman with such an air of beauty

Her glittering eyes blinds the morning sun

Her melodious voice keeps the world silent

Her lips keeps many men salivating

Indeed mum you are a mother among mothers!!

A lot of people take their family for granted nowadays, but you clearly have a great understanding of how important she was in molding you into who you are today.
