I Was Free Verse

I Was Free Verse

A Poem by demureminds

I feel like rhythm in a poem,

juxtapose

compared in glistened light,

intense stares wayfaring

towards me,

but only if I rhymed,

inclined for perfection,

but I

was habitual usual

rifling for some life,

crack on screen,

unorganized strewn clothing

in a bedroom of woes,

broken mirrors of

shameful assailants,

queasy stomachs of nerves

wrapping vines inside me.

I was free verse.

No, thank you for such kind reviews!
Free verse - so versatile - so chaotic and yet perfect at the same time. You captured it well

No problem :)
haha.. your room sounds like the shelter of my mind..

structure is overated, isnt it..

clutter, is my rhythm..

its the shambles of random distortion that bring harmony to my view..

rhyme is the fettered flow of existence

:)
