Where Are the Words

Where Are the Words

A Poem by demureminds

Where are the words

that speak elegant

crescents of ceasing

to exist in a time

continuum of infinite

matter,

bones ignited,

frail finited,

incapable of staying

in tact,

reasons a blur

of mixed emotions,

belonging to one

alone.

Where are the words

to illuminate the eyes,

holes of compacted souls

diverged through two

arenas,

so grand

and magnificent,

the lucky

who don’t see the

melancholy drafts,

composed with delirium

once edited.

Where are the words that

prohibit

shallow cerebrations,

because humanity

is too oblivious to notice

that we are

humanity

and we alone

choose what we see,

we judge how we

would like to configure the

unique structure

of a being,

always unique.

Where are the words

to elucidate anything?

Haha thanks
the words are always there.. its just finding someone to say them to us isnt it..

you know i read quite a bit of poetry and most of it just falls flat on the floor, lacking any kind of permanence and longevity.. but not yours my friend..

your words, are part of the pulsation that reverberate throughout.. the bones of time

oh btw.. i loved this lol

:)

I find that my free verse poem seem to rise up above my edited ones for some reason. And thanks!
