EmancipatedA Poem by demuremindsEmancipated limbs flee from burdened, battered thoughts of mine and corruption grovels through the depths of my nerves, wracking for requisition, against unwilling decrees. Liberation beams slightly in an outlier boundary, echoing of paradise and ecstasy, though an incubus, tugs at me each time, lathering me back into wretched schemes of misery. Shriveled up, just enough, inclined for detonation and valor, cutting all ties, and releasing ladened anchors for good. © 2012 demuremindsReviews
