Reciting Scriptures

Reciting Scriptures

A Poem by demureminds

Bat your eyes,

and flaunt your bidding,

left pleading

for your flawless finnish.

Curl your tongue

and biting down,

swiveling with riot

at an unpleased crowd.

Pulverized lungs from

trying too hard,

unveiling all your weakened

scars.

Trained to tease,

a platform sleaze

residing in

a cheap motel lease.

Film left un-captured

of invisible script-less

scriptures,

you embedded in

with supposed sin.

Left a hypocrite,

never bashful,

nor full of shame,

unfolding like the rest

in the end.

No problem :)
wow is this deep......

your writing has soo many layers to it.. each one more complex and simple as the next..

it would be nice to know the true meaning behind this one.. but alas i am still grateful to understand it in my own way..

ever impressive
