Other WorldlyA Poem by demuremindsHe was her whole world. For he owned her mountains, her streams, her oceans, and all her land. But one day, the skies turned grey, and the ozone left to depreciate. So he released her off her orbit, He was done, he was so sure of it. He then tossed her through the galaxy, her world but of empty fallacies. For he now saw new life in a planet named Mars, and she had nothing left but lightyears of stars. © 2012 demureminds |
