Hallelujah The Lord Reigns

Hallelujah The Lord Reigns

A Poem by D. L. Hutson

INTRO:

The stone that the builders rejected, I will praise, I will worship

The stone that the builders despised, he's the one who saved us

Hallelujah

1.

There is a rock that makes man stumble, He is the one on which I stand

There is a stone, laid in Zion, He is my rock and my defense

Holy, Holy, Holy is He.  Holy and Righteous is our King

Chorus:

Hallelujah for the Lord our God Almighty reigns

Hallelujah for our Lord God Almighty reigns

So I will rejoice and I will be glad. All Glory and Honor is in his hands

Hallelujah for the Lord our God Almighty reigns

Hallelujah for our Lord God Almighty reigns

2.

There is a friend that you can call on. He will come and rescue you

He is my hope and all my strength. He is the one who sees me through

Holy, Holy, Holy is He.  Holy and Righteous is our King

3.

There is a name that holds all power, every miracle you need

He's my redeemer and my healer, my strong tower and my peace

Holy, Holy, Holy is He.  Holy and Righteous is our King
