Unstable platform

The perception shifts as the awareness loses it's tethers
Suddenly I can see so much more, too much more
It's overwhelming to experience the future now
I stand on this platform made of cannabis
It carries me for a while as it brings me higher
Allows me to journey in ways I could not before
Self-imposed restrictions released into a journey
The platform falls as it has no foundation
I crash into where I was once again
My personal power to reach that place feels distant
I gaze up to see where I was and wonder how to get there
No more I say, instead I will build
I will strengthen my foundation to get where I have gone
And go beyond the furthest it can take me
I hold more power than the green bud
I hold infinity within my eyes
For a time I bargained with the green bud
I tired of our trades for something I give myself
Racing ahead beyond where I am
I thank it for the journey, but tire of the cost
I move on to infinity, beyond the power of the green bud
I step into my power and I move
