Republicans are floating a bill that would allow the IRS to audit rape and incect survives for using their health care contraception coverage. Unfuckingbelievable. I think you meant "incest" unless there are actually women being raped by insects and I have yet to hear about it--probably another right-wing plot to undermine the left...an army of power-hungry praying mantises set free on an unsuspecting society.
