Other than seeing my buddies maimed and killed nothing got to me like the kids did. 

The girl at the end of the video really does express what many of them were like. Dead inside from the horror they were enduring. After awhile I learned to shut them out. If you didn't it could compromise your ability to function effectively as part of the squad and that could get marines killed. I was successful with that in the field but when I came home the kids came with me. Along with some other heavy s**t I seriously wish stayed back there. Thanks for watching and reading. It really means a lot to me to get this out.

Pretty powerful video and if I could help take at least some of the pain I would (even though we don't really know each other very well... actually at all but anyways). Its amazing how strong you are and i really admire that about you keep up the writing because whether its satire or something like this someone will have a change of heart though it.
