He should go to rehab

who should have took a cab 

Remember when they slammed Brittney 

Crucified Madonna 

Ran with Paris Hilton Scandals

Slandered Lady Gaga 

All this smack talk for some kid

just barely out of diapers

I like this poem. My generation is divided into "Beliebing Idiots" and "Bieber Haters" that are approved by the world. I would consider myself a hater, but I don't get why everything about him has to be a flaw. I made fun of him when he sounded like a girl but always admired him for his quick wit. Then he had puberty so I stopped that much of criticism too. I just didn't listen to his music cuz it never quite appealed to me. But I never called him a bad musician for him either. I actually respected him, but just thought he was overrated. But I've been thirteen. I got wet over Jonas Brothers so I get it :P It's just when he started spitting on fans and peeing in mop buckets that I thought "Yeah it's a good thing you've retired." But seriously, the world takes it too far with that kid.

As you know I wrote about this kid a year ago stating that they would jump on him as soon as the eventual downfall happened. You hit it on the head here also. Sadly, there will be more like him in the years to come. We build these people up and then whimsically destroy them in the media.

They wait for the fall which is often inevitable with these kids who make it big early. Most of them have ruined their lives before they have lived them and the press can always smell young blood. I hope someone does reign him in though- it's his family who should be dealing with this not the world...seen too many kids get killed driving drunk, they all think they are immortal. A nice social commentary piece.
