I don't know if God is so much vengeful as man seems to be. as Trelane in Star Trek once said, "Do you know that you're one of the few predator species that preys even on itself ?"

Truer words could not be spoken. Death and murder have no heart. They have no pity, they cannot be reasoned nor bargained with. Truly the demons that claw at our souls are our own vicious avarices, prejudices, and jealousies.

It is so easy to discount the enemy when you do not place a face to them or a heart. But we all have it. Our enemies our ourselves. The next time you point a gun, take a look in the mirror and point that gun back at you and see if that is the sort of person you choose to be in this world.

End the killing, end the bloodshed, make peace, Rico ...
