That's pretty darned decent if you like to sweat but it depends on what you're craving: gravity can be so mean, first the solar plexus then the other scene
Every lifter has their harder areas to work. Legs were a breeze for me and I handled more weight than my male body builder buddies. However, upper body a totally different matter! I wasn't looking for more weight, just tone though...so it wasn't phasing me. But it did bother the boys that I was consistently squatting more. Lol... Not intentional, just probably my only natural strength!

I'm tall with long distances between joints so the range of motion on squats is a long way down there for me. My center of gravity is high too so I tend to lean forward more on the technique than a shorter person does which is a lot of stress on the lower back. Unfortunately there's no replacing heavy squats for developing your quadriceps and glutes so I keep doing them. No matter how much I hate them

That sounds like a lot of pain and gain! Reminds me that I am going to the Celtic open in Dana point to watch the strong man competition this weekend! WOO WOO! 315 is a lot! I can life the bar with no weights! HAHA!

You're never wimpy! :) I can't even imagine the strength it takes to lift a car or move a bus!
