Hey Paula!! Shut Your Pie Hole!!!

Hey Paula!! Shut Your Pie Hole!!!

A Poem by Baby Ricochet
"

The Paula Deen S**t Storm

"

Paula shot off her old south mouth

The liberals went berserk

PC media pulled her plug

over her verbal quirk

All she wanted was Bo Jangles

at her brother's wedding

Blacks in tuxes serving her guests

Old South she was heading

She admitted to the N word

like any southern belle

from her old school generation

so now she'll burn in hell

Product lines dropped everywhere

Her name dragged in the mud

The press worked into a frenzy

howling for Paula's blood

Lets get that redneck racist b***h

She heads the Klu Klux Clan

She's a Nazi Sympathizer

She's an agent for Iran

She makes cup cakes from bacon fat

She deep fries Christmas cakes

Her Cookware causes brain tumors

Lets burn her at the stake

Paula tried to apologize

PC wouldn't have it

She's a no good cracker racist

We all heard her say it

PC's a wicked kind of beast

Quick to condemn taboos

and admitting to the N word

a sin it can't excuse

America's brutal racist past

Was mired in Paula's youth

The dumbest thing that woman did

was Paula told the truth

She sure is
Be FORCED BY LAW to give a Legal Deposition and you know lawyers don't accept but YES or NO answers to questions of THEIR own slanting and manufacture for however it will make THEIR CAUSE look more righteous in court documents. Have those same Lawyers "leak" their apropos questions and answers to the media for wide-spread disclosure/exposure and trial influencing.

And there is NO forgiveness in PC. There are only historical presumptions. The media is a shark frenzy of innuendo and rumor. And finally it didn't matter anyway about the backstory or any lawsuit - trial by media frenzy took precedence and the innocence of every person who now heard the word being radiated behind their eyes was forever lost.

that's for damn sure. Great insight Chris. THANK YOU
This was great...you really shined a clever light on the topic. Personally, I think Paula grew up in a time when that "word" was used much more frequently, and today, it is used by the people it describes themselves, but whites are not allowed to use it. I just hate the double standard. I don't think anyone should say or do anything out of racism...we should be far beyond that by now in this country, but sadly, we are not. The whole PC thing is racisim of a sort in itself; condemning people at its own accord...who makes the rules as to what is PC and what is not? Who takes each incident into account according to what actually happened in the situation? I don't know...all that I do know is this was well written in your very signature style and I loved it.

and you can't fix stupid. I grew up in Arkansas. Our neighbors painted that word on a house that was up for sale as in No N. I heard it get thrown around a lot when I was a kid by both sides. I don't use the word - but I had to learn not to because it was so prevalent.
I was watching TMZ this week covering this and how when stars behave badly - what constitutes bad when sponsors keep or drop a celebrity spokesperson It is odd what is deemed forgivable and what is not forgivable. Kim K can make a sex tape and have a baby daddy and she has a commodities empire but a middle aged white woman in the public eye drops the mother of all slanderous words and her career is over. Get the villagers with pitchforks. I agree she was dead wrong - but the severity of the punishment is what gets me. Her career is ruined. No one is going to touch her.

She shouldn't have done it. And after she did it, she should have kept quiet about it. And everyone needs to get a life.

I'm familiar with this situation. only just recently as my dad referred to it in a facebook status related to political issues.

Okay, I really don't want to offend anybody or start one of the "Flame wars" that tend to happen in situations like this so I'll try my best to argue both sides.

African americans call each other the "N word" all the time. But as soon as a white person says it it's racist and derogatory. That to me is racist, like.... "You aren't like me so you can't talk to my people like I do."

Then again

My friends and I call each other s***s and b*****s, as a term of endearment. But as soon as someones current/ex/potential boyfriend. Or ANY member of the male sex, calls one of us a b***h, or a s**t, or a w***e, all hell breaks loose

Maybe we all need a lesson in equality

This is that cook lady ma'am that said the N word. Yep. She's in a buncha trouble ... shame she didn't come forward and apologize first instead of saying, "Well you misunderstood me." Yah - no - we dint.

Thank you ANTO.
There was always an insult culture between factions of society - always scornful and derogatory. The problem comes when these words become inflammatory....Jews, Gentiles, Bankers, Reds, Yanks, Brits, Spics, Krauts, Ities, Japs.....as labels, they mean nothing if there is no hate attached. I`m not familiar with this woman. I hope she has no hatred in her words. Your superb poem made me think, man. P.
