    What would I say or do

I'm always fascinated by what people are attracted to and what they aren't attracted to. I have a thing for red-haired green eyed people but I married a man with dark hair and blue eyes. My boys are blue eyed and fair and adore girls with dark eyes and deep skin tones, Hispanic, African American etc.

Everyone's got something that does it for them. What I'm expressing in pieces like this one and others that I've written along the same vein is the aggressive, scheming, trickster side of male sexuality. Romance and erotica are everywhere on the WC but this side isn't. In this poem he knows he'll get shot down so he's not going to bother because he's smart. He's also respecting the girl by leaving her alone because he knows it'll be really awkward for her. He's not a bad guy he just really enjoys girls. That's all.

I like that fact that you are bold enough to step out of the "usual" and write from a different perspective. That grows us as writers when we do that. (providing we don't scare peeps off. I've done that.)
