My post to jkhatz. There's lots more but I haven't read it because I got blocked for some reason.  I'm blocked or blocking so many writers right now I need a Goddamn graph and pie chart to figure this s**t out. I'm being called all sorts slanderous things and that's by people I haven't blocked yet. I'm sure the s**t I haven't seen is f*****g golden.

    Boys and girls I'm not going to make an excuse for this because It's inexcusable. No one should be posting the kind of vulgar threats I posted on jkhatz thread for any reason. I had been drinking at the time and alcohol does have the unfortunate effect of turning me into a belligerent royal a*****e at the worst of times and my "dirty Sanchez" post was one of those times. I knew from reading jkhatz rants she was looking for a fight so I thought "I'll give her a good one" so I kicked the s**t out of her hornets nest and oh did I ever get stung but ya know what, I pretty much deserve it. This isn't the first time in my life my mouth (or in this case key board) has gotten me into a world of s**t and tragically it's not likely to be the last. If I actually survive the s**t Tsunami that's presently drowning me on the WC and don't end up blocking well over half the community to keep them from shitting all over my page remind me not to do such incredibly stupid, low brow, no class things on the this site again. Thank you

my opinion of you vascillates about as much as your personality does on here. my personal opinion is that you're a damaged individual who copes in the ways he knows, which aren't always socially acceptable. hell, we're all damaged one way or another. it's a matter of degrees.
the fact is, i think you're capable of being a hellova writer. some of your work is astoundingly good and insightful. my problem is that i cannot abide bullying and you, at times, are a true bully. trying to intimidate people like jkhatz with the most outrageous thoughts and threats. so what do i do? my inclination is to simply block you. i abhore when people do nothing because "well, he's always been nice to ME'. which you have. but you've been horrible to others and at some point, decent people have to stop tolerating that. then again, you have seen the problem you created and have apologized and tried to make it right. there has to be something in that. decent people should also be able to forgive.
so i'm still on the fence. not sure what to do. i guess i'll ponder some more before i do anything.

we all have our demons, ricochet. sometimes they get out and run amok and create chaos. none of us are above the premise of human error. you are brave and responsible enough to admit your mistake...that's good enough for me. hell, i didn't even see the issue at hand, i was on hiatus from here because of all the infighting and attacks. anyway, you are one hell of a gifted writer and i would like to continue to list you among my friends, if that's okay with you. at least you were man enough to offer an apology... you're better than many who have made the same transgressions!!!!

Actually Trigorin's comment is interesting and short sited in the respect that the greatest poetry, music and art the world has ever seen is born out of drama. Many of the worlds greatest creative minds have been mentally ill, drug addicted drama queens that drove everyone around them bat s**t crazy. This site is full of huge egos and flaring tempers so it should be no surprise when flame wars break out

Look. Let's step back and think about what you've done here for a moment.
Unless I've very grossly misread you, you've said some ridiculously offensive things to another writer while under the influence and then, instead of swallowing your pride and apologizing in private, you've decided to not only complain and whine to the whole community at large, but you've repeated the exact things you've said to the aforementioned writer, and then acted sanctimoniously a second after, with your talk about 'not doing such incredibly stupid, low brow, no class things on the this site again'.
You obviously do not intend this piece as an apology - this is obvious because you have blocked the person who deserves it. All this is is ridiculous grandstanding on your part and really, if you have any sense at all, I would think you would do well to delete this, delete all your other little rants which you've posted, and move on with your life.
This website is not a blog, it is a place to post your writing and get comments on it. The sooner you start using this site for its intended purpose, the better.
I find especially amusing the fact that you have decided to excuse your own actions by mentioning how 'the greatest creative minds have been drama queens', inviting the assumption that your behavior is excusable because you are merely trying to emulate their behavior.
Their behavior is inexcusable, and your is as well. Just because someone goes on to do something valuable with their life doesn't excuse all the wicked, nasty, hateful things they've done also. It remains to be seen whether you fall into this category or not, therefore I would advise you:
Think. Just think about whether or not it's a good idea to make this so public next time.

It's a long story of bitching, sniping and posting under the influence of alcohol that God willing is behind us now. Hopefully the new WC group "Keep the Peace" can moderate these kind of flame wars in the future before they explode into a mushroom cloud of expletives and sexually suggestive threats like this one did.

I am also relatively new to WC and have read some of your work. Some, rather controversial and crass has actually not offended me in any way.

You clearly mark all your content as adult appropriate only and therefore the reader is well aware of what gems you might have hidden for them.

Your works serve a purpose and I appreciated them for what they are. Your expressions Wow that almost ended up as an excretions typo) and thoughts. Your humorous take on life. Peppered and spiced up with your "unique vocabulary".

I do applaud you for owning up for the mistake you had made. Your attack had been unsavory and not well thought out at the time. But, as you say, alcohol had the upper hand of you at the time.

The long story though is that both sides had equal amounts of guilt in the whole incident. I tried to follow it and was not at all happy with what was taking place. I had been on this site for such a short time and already I was witness to yet another cyber attack.

But, in all fairness you have apologized and though I wasn't all that impressed with what had happened, it was not my fight and the fact that you came out and apologized speaks a lot about your character.

Good one on you, Ricochet! I applaud your honesty and forthright nature.
