What tickles me so funny

She toured with Lilith fair

The biggest lesbian music fest

You'd care to find anywhere

 

Maybe her God loves lesbians

But gay men are an abberation

Showing up on project runway

Ruining the fabric of our nation

 

Old Michelle she gets it wrong

Gays would never ruin fabric

Who else can make designer threads

From crap found in an attic

 

Michelle's a loud mouthed idiot

Sacrificed her career for nothing

It doesn't matter who says what

Real gay rights are coming

 

So knock off all the bigotry

It's a stupid waste of time

Gays will wed in the USA

and America will do just fine

you touch on a very serious issue, and you do so with such finesse. I have the highest regard for the messages you give your reader and in the way you package them is incomparable, at least that I have found so far. People may laugh, because you make it possible, and that relieves a lot of stress, no one can question your stance, and it is a strong masculine hello to the theory of "Live and let live" "no more hate!" If I haven't mentioned before, and at the risk of getting all sentimental and mushy on you tough guy, I love your poetry, you do the nation a service in more way than one, and I admire and respect that.

The lady sounds a dork. As someone with several gay friends ( none biblically, you understand) I cannot understand what all the fuss is about. There is the same proportion of saints and sinners among gays as among every other sexual pursuasion - probably less.
