You jumped into a Tiger den!?!?

DUde Jumped into the Tiger encloser at the bronx Zoo. Guess what? A Tiger mauled him. Duh.

So you jumped into a Tiger's den

What the hell is wrong with you

It eat's gazelles and hogs and s**t

What do you think it's gonna do

 

It's gonna take one look at you

and think oh look a new chew toy

then it's gonna grab your leg

and rip flesh with sheer joy

 

 screaming, strugling and bleeding

Tend to Make predators giddy

They're wired with a killer instinct

Their brain doesn't have room for pity

 

If you're dumb enough to jump in

A tiger's den you're clearly a fool

If you came in my den like that

I would probably maul you too

 

So don't get all pissy at the tiger

For doing what tiger's do

THat's why they have fences and s**t

and make enclosers at all the Zoos

 

Is it to protect the public

From mauling incidents

Or to protect the Tigers

From blithering Idiots

 

Either way it's not OK

To go into a Tiger's den

Take this s**t to a civil court

I'm sure the Tiger would win

Hahaha I read about this. He wanted to be one with the tiger. lol dumbass. Great poem! This reminds me for some reason... I just recently saw a warthog in real life for the first time at a zoo... I honestly thought I was going to see Pumba from The Lion King. I'm sure you can imagine my utter horror when I saw that... thing. Scary. Couldn't pay me to go in that enclosure... Anyways, loved the poem. Needs another edit pass but no big deal really. :)

I think you are right. The barriers are there to keep the animals safe from the idiot humans. Maybe there should be a "stupid human" cage or display. Well written as always. Like your avatar shows, "you nailed it."
