the temporal nature

the temporal nature

A Poem by delapruch
"

na.

"

thinking back to better days

when kind faces presented themselves,

when the youth that one emanated &

the accompanying energy

brought in smiles & positive vibes

from all corners of the earth,

when friends seemed to always be there &

when one could delude oneself with an idea

of

meaning,

in an empty & fruitless

existence,

so temporal is the nature of it all,

so cruel &

wretchedly quick,

goes the life when squeezed,

dripping like water from a sponge &

with the blink of an eye,

what is left is only the

dry

rot.
