unkempt

unkempt

A Poem by delapruch
"

na.

"

certainly he

was unkempt

but she hadn’t

found that out

until it was a

tad too late when

the dishes were

being washed

with cold water &

he hadn’t a care

in the world for

the so-called

“law,”

now one might

say that she saw

it coming but they

always put their

best foot forward

when they be

seeking the prize,

man & woman

are both guilty to

the core for

such an impulse &

sooner or later

those first

impressions end

up showing their

true colors.

The title befits this verse and as you convey a two part narrative of a write here for the reader...the end give much to the read:

those first
impressions end
up showing their
true colors.
