the echo chamber

the echo chamber

A Poem by delapruch
"

na.

"

simply

terrified

of every

family

member &

friend,

acquaintance

&

even those

random

people they

met at the

park if

they ever

left (keeping

themselves

locked up

inside the

echo chamber

dwelling

big enough to

house half

the homeless

population of

their elite

town), thinking

that the minute

they someone

in, they’ll want

money, they

will want

want want

want want

want want

want want

from them &

how dare

they not

understand

the price of

this deep

horrifying

loneliness?
