History wont end here

This piece is kind of weird and not like my normal stuff. I am a fan of Horizon Zero Dawn, a game about fighting giant robots for the sake of humanity. Sounds silly on paper but its actually bad a*s.

The world is ending

The time is coming

The moment is near.

When tears will fall

When legs will break

And swords will clash

 

When the emotionless

Metal beasts will rise

When Humanity as we know it

And all of history

From meopotamia

Greece

Romans

Muslims

Crusades

Imperialism

The industrial revolution

The enlightenment

WW1

WW2

The cold war

When it all comes to naught.

 

When its finally done

Trillions of lives

Dead

But now’s not the time to reflect

Now’s not the time to succumb to fear.

Or falter

 

We are HUMANITY

We will prevail

We wont back down

This is our world.

Our past

Our present

And our future will damn well not end here

Im not the first to think this

Nor am I the last

But I am the one thinking it right now.

 

I will defeat you

There is no avoiding it
