Antlers

Antlers

A Poem by deer-heart
"

I'm not sure where this came from, I'm not sure where it went.

"

antlers... wish that I had antlers
with just a little velvet... to keep me warm at night
the brown-eyed girl with antlers... now wouldn't that be
the funniest sight? oh, oh, what a sight

i'd go walking... in the city
with my antlers, i'd hold my head up high
the city people, hah, how they'd stop and stare
but would i mind? no, i wouldn't care,
no, i really wouldn't care

because with my antlers... i'd be brave
