A Song to Sing

Just as the title suggests!

There's a song I want to sing
A song is out there that needs to be sung.
It's a joyous song
About freedom, happiness and the innocence of childhood.

There's a song out there
That's waiting to be sung
It's as happy as the birds chirping
And the ugly duckling turning into the beautiful swan
And that pretty butterfly you see
Fluttering near your window.

There's a song that needs to be sung
And the song's simply called "Freedom"
As it represents just that- Freedom.

Author's Note

Not my usual style of poetry, but after a bout of writer's block, anything is better than nothing. And having writer's block just sucks! Hope you like the poem!
