A Moment In Time

A Moment In Time

A Poem by Danielle Teresa

A beautiful night we walk hand in hand,
A cold wind wisks by
Only warmth I feel
As my heart melts...
One foot after the other
A quick glance frozen in time
We stop
The city sounds of horns honking, bus engines blaring, chatter from a neighboring couple, police sirens sounding, lights shining all upon deaf ears and blind love...
Eyes sewn together
I fall into you
Lips locked
Inhale
Pulling you into me
Time waits for us to catch up
The light turns
We continue on our path,
Carrying our unforgettable moment together...

I LOVE this poem. all the world could be spinning in confusion and all the lovers see is their world as they are completely lost in the moment of their being in love and all that matters to them is each other---------------------very good only one thing I would change a bit ~~~~~line 8 and9 maybe you could crop it up and make it into more little lines that rhyme but none the less it's great AS IS!!!!!
